Rocky River Golf Course
Rocky River GC is the premier public course in the Charlotte metropolitan area and is owned by the City of Concord. For 2016, the course was recently ranked #80 in the entire state of North Carolina, and is the highest ranked public facility in the Charlotte/Concord metro region. It was also ranked #25 in the entire state of "courses you can play" which only includes public and resort courses. Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Concord guests receive a discount on golf while staying at the Concord property.
The course is situated on a beautiful property with no houses on the course and a back 9 that has several holes set around some natural wetlands, and gently rolling fairways. It features 4 different sets of tees for all levels of ability, and features recently renovated MiniVerde Bermuda greens that are always in great shape.
We offer 18 Hole, Twilight and 9 Hole rates in order to accommodate all schedules. Whether you are participating in our Stay and Play Golf Package or find you have some free time after a meeting for a spontaneous round of golf we eagerly await the opportunity to serve you.

An Unparalleled Course
Rocky River utilizes many of the existing features of the area to provide a natural and very aesthetically appealing track. The routing flows through the existing contours of the land effortlessly, thus creating a continuous succession of sensational holes. Beautiful rock outcroppings and various species of native wetland grasses are featured along the edges of gently rolling fairways adding a touch of ruggedness and mystique.

Group and Private Instruction
We have 3 PGA Professionals available for private or group instruction and a wonderful private teaching area with a practice pitching and putting green. Our teaching and practice area is also the home facility for the Charlotte 49ers Men's Golf team, winners of the 2015 NCAA Regional and frequent NCAA national contenders. Instruction is available for all levels of ability and the teaching area is private and designed to provide a great learning atmosphere.
Concord Golf Pro Shop
Our pro shop offers items, services and amenities to assist you with your game. Locker rooms are available. Take advantage of the Rocky River Golf Club's Rental Program and leave your golf clubs and shoes at home. Let us supply all your golfing needs. We also offer Callaway and Adams Rental Equipment available for 9 or 18 holes.
The Stone House Grill
The Stone House Grill offers a deluxe menu and cold beverages to enjoy while relaxing on our veranda and overlooking the beautiful 18th hole. It's also a great venue for private parties and wedding receptions, and can be booked for your next function! We can also service all the needs for your next group event for any size from 24 to 144 players.
