This brand new concept by head chef Timothy Hulbert features the freshest ingredients produced only by California's beautiful central coast. Produce and artisan breads arrive fresh daily from local farmers, the fish is straight from North America's only 100% sustainable seafood farm, and the beef is all natural, grass fed ensuring diners get the healthiest and tastiest options available. Chef Hulbert and the Embassy Suites San Luis Obispo believe in being environmentally conscious, which is evident in all aspects of the restaurant. Among the menu items are tuna ceviche, sesame glazed Salmon, and a host of homemade desserts. Greenhouse Grill and Cafe is open for lunch and dinner.
