Availability will be first come, first served. Therefore, we kindly request your entire party be in the lobby at least 5 minutes prior to your desired departure time. We also recommend meeting at the pick-up location at least 10 minutes prior to your desired return time. Upon boarding please present your Embassy Suites hotel room key for access.
Guests who wish to depart later than the last departing shuttle bus will be responsible for their own transportation back to the hotel. You can utilize a cab,  BART or CalTrain to return and you create a custom schedule at www.511.org.
