In 1956, Olivia and Julio Garcia gathered the best of their family's recipes and opened the first Garcia's Mexican Restaurant in Phoenix, Arizona. This tradition continues today at Garcia's in the Embassy Suites Phoenix – Tempe hotel, as we prepare those authentic, original recipes as well as new favorites. All of our sauces, salsas, guacamole, chips, beans, rice, and meat dishes are prepared every day in our kitchen with only the freshest ingredients. We use only the finest meats, tortillas, garden-fresh produce, natural cheeses, and quality dairy products.
